Equipped with 8 production lines, it also has more than 120 sets of leading equipment e.g. processing center, numerical-controlling machine center, gear hobbing machine, line-cutting machine, electrical impulse, welding machine, and hydraulic machine etc. as well as non-load & load testing equipment, dynamic balancer, detector, pull strength testing machine, and multi-purpose performance testing platform etc.
The company is currently capable of manufacturing 1,000,000 sets of start-up engine, 600,000 sets of generator, 1,200,000 sets of flywheel gear ring, 18,000,000 pieces of safety belt, 600,000 sets of assembled switch, and 2,000,000 sets of small switch annually.
