XJX-1, XJX-2 Monocular, Binocular Metallurgical Microscopes

These two products are portable upright metallurgical microscopes. They have built-in illuminators whose brightness is continually adjustable. The size of field diaphragm and aperture diaphragm are adjustable. Besides, they adopt specimen stages which can be moved vertically and horizontally. Their coaxial fine and coarse focusing structures can be fixed at any position. The optical systems are equipped with three object lenses and two kinds of field oculars which can achieve generally used magnification ratios. Therefore, these two products can be used for routine metallurgical observations for factories, mines, research institutions and schools. They are especially suitable for such situations as fine grains, powder sample observation, large volume metallurgical examination and large area silicon chip inspection etc.
